I can't find anything before 2000 except this website ( http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Agora/8088/ElectPandC.html ) which has some nice maps from 1972-2004.

Are there any websites with this information?

It's easy enough to find results on the big primaries (well, just New Hampshire) through some straightforward googling [see the thread on the NH primaries on the 2008 board].

The internet was around in 1996, so data should be available for at least the primaries up until Super Tuesday for those.

1992 and before...good luck.  You'll find some info somewhere (e.g. the 1972 Maryland primary results can be found easily enough, along with any other George Wallace result)...but on the whole, it'll be spotty at best.
