I can't tell if they're rehearsing Inauguration Day or contestants on the Family Feud?

It kinda looks like a photo out of the Mad Magazine!  Especially "Joe Biden's" ears!!

Why does the stand in for Obama have to black anyway?  Is there special procedure that they have to follow that a white man can't simulate?

It's not like they tried to make sure faux Biden was old or Jill was a blonde.

I'm sure it was so that those very far away doing whatever they do (snipers, other security, blah blah blah) could tell the difference.  I guess if the next President is a white man, they give him a fire engine red suit.  Wink

For the cameras bud. They have to make sure they can see them clearly on screen, or adjust the cameras accordingly.
