Of course Fox News wants him. They can paint him as a mainstream Democrat, and their typical viewer won't know the difference.

Thank you! They've played this game for a long time. They want liberals on the network, but only ones who are so crazy that even Democrats disown them.  They're either fat and washed up, a wimpy milquetoast, crazy, or a Republican in disguise.

You'd think folks like Bob Beckel and Dennis Kucinich would know by now that they're hired to be their monkey.

It's from 2007 but it's still pretty accurate today. They identify three types of dems on the network- scary liberals, losers and enablers LOL

Scary Liberals- big city (usually minority politicians) like Rangel and Al Sharpton

Losers- Dems who cut their teeth during the "wilderness years" in the 1980s like Bob Beckel

Enablers- Self proclaimed liberals who constantly bash democrats like Susan Estrich. Their job is to further enable the Fox News talking point that Dems have gone off the deep end...
