Wendy and I joined a gym near my home...we registered for the plus membership which allows us to take classes. She wants me to take yoga and the girl at the desk said it would be very therapeutic!

Hopefully Wendy doesn't use the gym too much... don't want her to get too small now ;-)

Man, you remind me of this dude I met last month in Bonaire.  We dived on a few reefs together.  He was retired from labwork, and enjoying the retirement scene.  He found out where I live and started accosting me about joining universal gym.  Totally into it.  Bragging about how far he could swim and how much he could lift.  Best of all, he said, when you get all buff and strong, it's easier to handle the really big, meaty chicks that are too stout for a weaker man to lift.
