We can discuss a potential amendment, but the law should be followed first and foremost. That doesn't meant we can't or won't write Cinci in, and in this particular case we don't need to worry about discouraging a candidate. If Cinci wasn't discouraged after those pre-dissolution losses, he is unbreakable.
