Per the ruling of the Supreme Court of Atlasia in People of the Republic of Atlasia vs. Hifly, you are ineligible to hold any office in the Republic of Atlasia until October 31, 2015, more than a month after the seating of the next Assembly. You are therefore ineligible to appear on the ballot under Article IV, Section 7, clause 3 of the Mideast Constitution.

If my reading of the CESRA is correct, the deadline for gaining ballot access was 24 hours before the earliest possible commencement of the election, or today at 12:00 AM (EST). As such, you are both several hours too short to appear on the ballot.

That would be like saying someone can't be a Senator and a delegate to the ConCon at the same time...
Ah, I see your point - I was assuming the prohibition against dual officeholding would apply here too, but as the LegCo is a  temporary body only, I guess it doesn't count. Thanks!
