I think you're too late to get onto the ballot (you have to declare on or before the Wednesday before the Friday before the election Friday).  But you certainly can accept write-ins.

Candidate for special At-Large Senate election

In light of my pending appointment, I withdraw my candidacy for Senate.

Duke and I are not actually running for President, in case that was unclear at any point.

I was elected in July, so I should have been reelected in September. If I screwed up my math somewhere and should be up for reelection to the Assembly, then yeah, also running for that.

I'm pretty sure you can't run for both Assemblyman and Governor simultaneously.

Unless you guys enacted some law against this while I was away I'm pretty sure this is not true. It's happened many times before.
