it's not as if we have an attorney general who can prosecute you, after all

My concern has never been with being prosecuted - I'd give 'em a proper spanking if they tried to do that! My concern the entire time has been with maintaining the legitimacy of the office and not having it turned into another GM situation where some regions might try to ignore/add select voters in disagreement with the office, among other things.
What are the current rules?

I don't think anyone has posted the legislation - so there may be clauses within the legislation, that could give us an answer to the question.

Now, the NNP has 5 members... so you should register with the SoFE as progressive, conservative or centrist.
Is there a thread for this?

Just to confirm that youngconservative has asked me to de-register him from the game via PM. The relevant quotes regarding this being:

Do you want me to remove you from the Census or are you planning on returning in the near future?

Why are people suddenly asking en masse to be removed from the game? Is somebody harassing them via PM?
I've been PMing people about doing opinion polls. Some people have said that they're no longer involved in the game and I've asked if they want to be removed from the census list, the people I've mentioned said they did.
