When this is finished, will the other bill have been incorporated into it as was discussed a few weeks ago? I would compare the two myself but it is taking all I can do to get this post through.

I am fairly certain this vote is out of time at this point, but I need to check that.

I think this bill is so limited in scope... but it will serve to make the federal government more efficient, which is desirable.

I'd urge senators to vote aye on this bill.  It is one of those common sense measures that will help reduce the government's ecological footprint, which is always a good thing.

Point of clarification before I sign this, what is this bill called? The text of the bill would indicate it's the Omnibus Green Energy Policy Act, but the title of the thread is Clean Carbon Communities Act of 2013, and that is what Yankee keeps referring to it as.
