Hm. Norris's presidency seems kinda meh. I may consider voting for Debs this time if he's nominated.

Anyway, I voted for La Follette again.

Maybe the libertarians and the social democrats can rally around Farmer-Labor this time.

If it's Wood, this libertarian will.

Wood for President!

Would sabotaging the RNC be too much of a dirty trick?

Atlamerican history textbooks are going to be so weird: "The Ku Klux Klan, or KKK, was a short-lived terrorist group during Reconstruction that was quickly put down by the Fenton administration." That is the extent of the section on the KKK (I'm using Fenton here because he hasn't done anything else as far as I know).

Don't look at me, I voted for La Follette. I've only been pushing for Wood because I didn't like any of the other choices, and since they were winning, I decided to throw myself behind Debs. So...Progressive Era voting reforms! Yay!

But seriously, a concealed-results primary system would fix this mess.

Also, why are there so many candidates? Don't we have a system for filtering them or did they all get a significant amount of delegates IRL?

how?   a concealed results primary wouldn't keep the opposition from supporting an unacceptable nominee.

I've found that the opposition tends to go for moderate to progressive nominees if they don't see the results. If they do they rally around the most popular wacko they can find and push him up.
