The biggest differences will be on the usual GOP standards. They will all agree on tax cuts and spending cuts, but they will have big differences on their various tax cut plans. Look at 2012. They all proposed tax cuts yet sniped at each others plans, especially flat or semi-flat plans vs. progressive plans. Same with spending cuts. some will propose cutting x number of agencies and another y number, etc.
