I don't see maps or even precise definitions of the territory of dioceses on there.
From browsing some countries, it seems that the "ecclesiastical provinces" just follow the country's actual breakdown in most cases, in Germany it's one per state

In Canada, the ecclesiastical provinces are smaller than the real provinces. Canada has 18.

Behold the archdiocese of Philadelphia, which went for Obama 52% to 47% over Romney.



As for the diocese of Harrisburg, I make it Romney 58% to Obama's 40%.  My approximate location is indicated with a red dot.  I'll let someone else tally the others.  That was quite a bit of work.
