This is like freaking out that that mouth X-ray at the dentist's will give you cancer. Or that vaccines will give you autism.

X-ray do have a very small risk of causing cancer, and repeated use increase the risk, it's why you get pierce of lead-clothing around you neck at the dentist (when they take x-ray pictures), as the thyroid cartilage has a increase risk of develop cancer and one with high mortality.
As for vaccines, while there lack any evidence of children developing autisms from it, vaccines do kill people every year, a lot fewer than the diseases would kill (usual), but people do die from vaccines just as people die of other medicins.
As for drinking fracking water, you need to be idiot to drink it voluntary. While it's likely harmless, there's a lot of examples of thing people thought was harmless, which ended up having a lot of unpleasants effects.
