There were two. Can anybody guess what they were?  This is under the 2001 lines of course.  Ill create a poll and people can vote between five options.  And ill give out a hint, they werent both in the same state.

I would say CO-07, since the others strike me as switched in 92 material.

However, perhaps hiding the results would be wise move in the future. Otherwise later people will just vote for whatever everyone else voted for.

After a brief look at county-level results in 1996 and 2000, my guesses are (highlight to see):

FL-22 and PA-06.

It looks like that CO-07 and IL-10 probably got less Democratic from 1996 to 2000, and I suspect PA-07 was a Clinton district in 1996, even if not by much.

Haven't seen the results, but I voted CO-7 (only one option, not two, allowed in this poll), since the others each resemble CD's that didn't switch under 1990s lines.

Even Dukakis won that district in its 2001-2011 form in 1988.
evidence? Adams did go for Dukakis but Arapahoe and Jefferson were all GOP strongholds, no?

The portion of Arapahoe that was in the 7th was very heavily Dem and the portion of Jefferson in the district was also about three points more Dem than the county as a whole.  The heavily Republican parts of these counties were in the sixth.

However, I am very sorry.  I just figured out that the 2001-2011 version of CO-07 did indeed go 51%-47% for Bush in 1988.

Anyway, in 1996, it went 48%-43% for Clinton.  Clinton won the Adams part 50%-40%, the Arapahoe part 54%-39% and the Jefferson part(which cast 64% of the total district vote) 46%-45%.
