*bump*

I will be running for reelection as At-Large Senator. I will continue to try and work with other parties, as I have in my short time in the Senate. So I would like to ask everyone to consider voting for me! Smiley

Thank You

Would you help us in the South with the creation of the office of Plebeian Tribune that I described earlier in my campaign office and that would require a Constitutional amendment to say the least ? That would be designed to sparkle surprise and activity among the less active of our citizens.

Oh, and another one : which federal government agency has the direst need of support right now ? Meaning which is useful while in a bad shape ? I don't have a preconceived answer to that, just testing your knowledge and opinion. Wink

I definitely believe it would require a constitutional amendment, but I have checked with the Attorney General to confirm. If the IDS wants this new position, I would certainly be a voice in the Senate, to help with the creation of this. And to answer your second question, I would like to possibly see a Department of Treasury implemented, I would like someone who understands currency to help us in that area, as I would like to see Atlasia, be as fiscally responsible, and efficient as possible.

Spoken like a true reasonable politician. You might be the first Fed to actually get a preference from me since PiT in an Emperor election back then. Smiley

Matt,

I was disturbed to see you only offered Cherry Coke to guests in your office. While I respect your choice, it has long remained a tradition of The People to offer guests bourbon or some other form of adult beverage. Can you promise that, if reelected, or maybe before, you will right this wrong?

As my friend Scott is stepping away from Atlasia, someone will need to step up for The great People of this region. Friends I believe I am the man to serve as your Senator. I know this region, I was born and raised in this region, and I believe in this region. I wrote and sponsored the Northeast Regional Economic Policy and Improvement Act of 2013, to help the small businesses of the Northeast, and as Secretary of Commerce I never stopped advocating for Northeast businesses. I have also been a Senator before, and the Secretary of Internal Affairs, where I fought for pragmatic reforms for all Atlasians, I want to ask for your vote, because I have experience, and always keep you as my first priority. How about you, will you make a pledge to check every "Senate Related" thread, ever day? If not, how about every two days?

Why are you bragging about your time serving as SoIA? If I recall correctly you were fired for inactivity and didn't do anything your entire last month in office.

Tell me, Matt, why should Atlasians vote for a Senator who as SoIA was inactive and inattentive to the problems facing our Republic, especially during Operation Rimjob? You didn't make a single public statement on the matter as SoIA, instead turning the whole thing into a political ploy to win votes in your presidential campaign. Again, why should we vote for someone who was inactive as SoIA and used an actual crisis, in which you had some influence to do something, to instead push your presidential campaign?

Why should we vote for more of the same?
