I hate having to be tiebreaker. I selected Napoleon because he has been proposing more reform proposals as of late when compared to jdb. No offense to either, they are both good Senators.

I take it, that you didn't contact that Senators about this vote, Duke? Tongue To be honest, I was planning it on my list yesterday just in case, but compiling that Committee text took longer than I thought it would.
