Halter seems more likeable, but Ross would be a better GE candidate. I'd vote Halter, but only narrowly.

Bill Halter is a real human being and progressive on some social issues. Ross seems like a generic blue dog Dem. I think the choice is clear for me. Halter.

Although Halter is obviously less electable, I think he should have a chance.  After all, I did support him in his Senate bid.  After thinking about it a little, I'd vote for him.
