You can only laugh at someone who votes against a bill (and insults the people who worked hard to craft it by calling it "pointless") after failing to even comment on the legislation during over one month of debate.

Even Hagrid, who made it clear that he's no fan of the committee system, voted for this.

Oh come on, whats seven hours across two days composing that last amendment on a dial up connection, between friends.

Aye (7): Averroës Nix, Ben, Clarence, HagridoftheDeep, Matt from VT, Napoleon, and NC Yankee
Nay (1): Snowstalker
Abstain (1): jdb

Didn't Vote (1): sbane

With seven votes in the affirmative and time having expired on call for vote changes, the Resolution has been adopted by the Senate.
