I urge the Assembly to reject this amendment and at least go with $500,000, which is what I believe Assemblyman Gass suggested. $150,000 would cover very few farmers, defeating the main purpose of this bill.

Just a reminder: Regardless of the number that is chosen, the funding for this bill does not change, and it won't cost the taxpayer a dime more.
