I put 60-74% men.

I work at a university department within the STEM fields, and there isn't really a clear bright line surrounding who counts as being "at my job".  I'm part of the academic staff within the department, so I definitely count them.  The grad students get stipends and thus are counted as employees, so does that mean I count them?  I guess I'll go with yes, since I do interact with at least some of them on a daily basis.  I'll count the secretarial staff as well.

So then, probably 60-74% male overall, probably closer to 60 than 74.  But if I was just restricting it to the academic staff, it would be over 75% male.

4 male lawyers, 1 male secretary, and 1 female secretary, so 16.67% female.

The DOJ has thousands of employees, so I have no clue. It's probably 55% male in the 2 divisions I'm closely familiar with.

uOttawa's student body is three-fifths female.

In the engineering section of my company there are only three women, about 10-15% of the group. In the company as a whole I'd say the ratio is closer to 1:1.

It's awful any way you measure it.  My Philosophy Department has 13 faculty members, only one of which is a woman, which makes it 92% male.  We do have two female secretaries, so the total ration of 12 males out of 15 people is 80%.  I can say only one thing in "defense" of these numbers.  All my colleagues are agreed that we want to hire more women, but female candidates are, given their relative rarity combined with the demographic goals of schools, extraordinarily competitive.  So, if we offered a job to a woman, that same person probably has multiple other offers that  make our tiny, isolated town in the middle of the cornfields quite unappealing to them.  I'm afraid the ratios are going to stay this way for a long time, since winter season will pass through hell before our administration allows my Department to have another hire.  Sad

Mostly women of course, like all white collar jobs in Thailand.  However, I can say that it varies greatly by department of the uni.  There may be a few departments with a male majority, like computer repair or something like that.  But very few.  Even Engineering is about 50/50 here.

As for the 'men' in many departments they are gays or 'ladyboys' anyway, so the percentage of actual 'real men' in Thai universities is so small as to make one a fascinating rarity.  Maybe 10% at most.

If I could count the campaign I interned on as a job, I would say it was 70% men. Everyone was under 30 too for whatever it is worth.

Mortgages- Sales, over 90% men, until recently our group was 100% men.  Our Processing staff, Underwriters, disclosure staff, etc are more than 50% women, but they have different offices (though we work with them on a daily basis)

There is a presence here that believes all strongly gender skewed groups like Deadman's workplace and the Forum itself, by definition, must be the result of the forementioned grievances.

Well that's just silly.  My workplace is all dude because chicks just don't like to do what I do.  Troubleshooting is a gift like hitting a baseball or singing on key.

My four classes are: 53% (8/15) male, 61% (11/18) female, 57% (13/23) male and 77% (17/22) male. All in chemistry.
The teachers at my department: 77% male (27/35)
If we include all employees: 62% male (49/79) (yes, lots of employees, it's secretaries, lab technicians, other technicians and the workers in all the service labs (NMR, X rays, mass spectroscopy, elementary analysis, combinatory chemistry and materials characterization. They split 22 male, 22 female)).

Mostly women of course, like all white collar jobs in Thailand.

Why are all white collar jobs in Thailand mostly women?  Because the men do manual labor or something?
