On the TV show 24, President David Palmer was a black Democratic Senator from Maryland, who was previously an NBA star.

24 takes place in the early 2000s. In 24, David Palmer won a landslide victory of 60% in the popular vote.

Question: If a black Democratic Senator from Maryland ran for President in the early 2000s, and garnered 60% of the popular vote, what might his electoral map look like?

Probably something like this.

Palmer: 491 EVs, 60%
GOP Guy who loses: 47 EVs, 38%

EDIT: Just realized that this is the map from 2012, so the EV numbers would be a little different for the early 2000s. Also I'm thinking that WV would flip to the Dem here. So it would be something like 497-41 instead.
