The W. H. Harrison Administration was quite possibly the best administration we've ever had. Scandal-free, the administration suffered no catastrophes of any sort. America did well.

Can't tell if sarcasm or actual libertarian logic

Can you name one bad thing that happened over the course of the administration?

Can you name one good thing that happened over the course of the administration?

Nothing got screwed up.

I think that choosing John Tyler as a running mate was a pretty bad screw-up.

Well, he wanted Daniel Webster but he said no.  Man, the timeline where Webster said yes is a great one to check in on from time to time.

Didn't happen during his administration per se.

I think John Tyler was a decent President. His civil war era actions were less than admirable, but I won't count that against him.

Went with Harrison due to him brings boss and not being a Garfield fanboy. In all honesty, I have little idea, though Garfield likely would've stood out more due to liberal legislation he might've passed.
That's why I picked him, Cathcon. Wink

Here is an interesting fact:  All of the first 6 Republican presidents had beards.  Except Arthur, but he still certainly had facial hair.  Yet another reason why I've always liked them.

Garfield is quite a fascinating figure actually. His presidency could have been one of the more interesting ones of the 1865-1901 period.
