Who should and will make it in?

My predictions:
IN:  St. Mary's, Middle Tennessee, La Salle, Boise State, Ole Miss
OUT: Southern Miss, Kentucky, Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia, UMass, Alabama

It's complete BS that a team like Southern Miss with an RPI of 32 will get left out, but all signs point to them being left out.

I'm not sold on La Salle at all; swap them out for Southern Miss and things look right. Obviously I'm disappointed about Maryland, but they had their chances and didn't follow through. At least St. Mary's looks to be in.

Got it right, but it's still BS.

I'm pleased with the placement and match-ups of the Oklahoma State Cowboys and the Oklahoma Sooners.  The Pokes are the 5th seed in the Midwest Region and will play the 12th seed Oregon Ducks on Thursday in San Jose.  The Sooners are a 10th seed, which I thought they would be an 11 seed, and are playing the 7th seed San Diego State Aztecs on Friday in Philadelphia.  If Oklahoma wins they would likely get a tough test, but a winnable test in the 3rd round with the second-seeded Georgetown Hoyas.  OSU would play either Saint Louis or New Mexico State in Round 3.

So, who does everybody have tonight?

The first round games are tonight and tomorrow on Tru TV

At 18:40 ET tonight (20 minutes) - Liberty vs. NC A&T
At 21:10 ET tonight - Middle Tennessee vs. St Mary's.

I've got NC A&T and MTSU.

Ohio State vs. Syracuse in the Final.

Don't buy it? Doubled over in laughter? Ok, that's fine. It's true that I don't know much nor care about college ball (or the NBA, for that matter) but I had a stellar record in last year's office pool. I nailed the final two teams but not the winner.  Sad

No idea how this tournament will go. I checked out of college BB when Wake Forest dropped their basketball program in 2010.

My bracket is about to take it's first minor hit.  I had Bucknell upsetting Butler, but looks like that will not happen.  Thankfully, it won't hurt too bad as I had Butler losing to Marquette in the Round of 32.  In fact, I have Marquette going all the way and losing in the National Championship to Ohio State.

EDIT:  I had Bucknell losing to Marquette.

Bracket is about to take another hit.  I had Pitt moving past Wichita State.  Nope.  Thankfully, I had them meeting and losing to Gonzaga.

I joined the group. I am Patfan 9600. And yes I have Kansas winning it. Smiley Also I suggest to Harry that we use an election map as our group image. Tongue

It's clear that only one team showed up to this Southern-Gonzaga game. It's too bad they don't have the size to win.

No.  If a SWAC or whatever team was one of the 64 best, it can play.

On a semi-related note, COME ON SOUTHERN!  PLEASE PULL THIS OUT!
