I've always wondered--why is the middle Supreme Court Justice's circle divided into 4 sections?

I'm having a hard time understanding your analysis of the Mideast Budget.

Can you give me a list of what legislation you specifically analyzed to calculate it, and what changes those bills made  to the budget?

Everything relevant is now on the Wiki, to my knowledge.

Where did you get these numbers from, since the Mideast taxes pensions:

Pension & Retirement Deductions ($26.08 billion)
$10.05 billion ..... Employer-paid Pensions (No Change)
$7.05 billion ..... 401Ks & Keogh plans (No Change)
$1.50 billion ...... IRAs (No Change)
$6.62 billion ..... Group and personal life insurance benefits (No Change)
$0.86 billion ...... Other retirement benefits (No Change)

I'm not understanding how there would be any deductions.  Employer-paid pensions are taxed at 1.5%, but that wouldn't be part of someone's earned income, and funds for 401Ks and IRAs are taxed before an employee puts money into them.

I'll be happy to look into this further, but the numbers (unchanged by my office for the 2013 budget) come from the 2012 Mideast Budget. I see that the former GM was not sure about these figures, either.

Yeah, I didn't notice that last time, but that makes no sense to me.

I'm not understanding how federal deductions would have an impact on that section of our budget...

How did you get $0.058 B as the total?

I guess I'm not understanding the $0.036 B being neutral.  Is your analysis that these sites weren't being cleaned up by anybody, but now they have to be cleaned up by private businesses?  If so, why did you include a number?  The bill analysis doesn't deal with costs to private companies... we only need the numbers for government expenses/revenue.

We really should expand the GM's authority in terms of the game...create some sort of mini-regional GMs...maybe some Negative and Positive random event creators...

We need more players before that can happen.  And if we're going to make regional GMs, there'd have to be a way to keep them out of the politics of the game longer than the normal GM.  Regional politics can be much more petty than national politics in this game.

Mr. GM, may I have some data on how many homeless are currently living in the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia, please?

Thank you. Smiley

Provinces were not annexed, they've been just recognized as official entities of our Regions. We register our Atlasian Citizens there, they can be our representatives even leaving their, but we shall not interfere on Canadian Business...

I thank you for this statement, Mr. Secretary.

Your are welcome Simfan. It's part of my job to inform Atlasians that we have not annexed Canada!

Yeah, I remember when the Northeast was passing a bill a few months ago and made the same mistake.

The Northeast voted to "consent to having the territories of New Brunswick and Quebec granted unto" the region and titled the bill as "Admission". I pointed this out when the Mideast debated it; had I have seen the Northeast's resolution before it passed, I would've mentioned something, although a Person thought my objections to your wording were just "semantics", so i'm not sure if that would've helped anyway.

Adam, could you give me an estimate on this bill?

Mr. Griffin, I would like to get a report on this bill and its impact on the Mideast:

For now, I'm going to ask that each of you check out this particular section of my confirmation thread. Shortly, I'll issue a post in this thread clarifying all of the details.

Is this clarification still coming?
