Cuomo looks like Dino from Flintstones in that

Is that why the DailyKos crowd calls him "DINO"?

No, they probably call him that because there's a thought of "gay marriage would've happened in NY anyway so we don't have to give him any credit there...and what gun control bill?" over at DailyKos

Also his shenanigans with supporting Republicans in the state senate, his support of fracking, his union-busting, his refusal to increase taxes on the rich (instead cutting services), his past as housing secretary (and the ensuing subprime loan craziness) and secretive demeanor.

He hasn't said anything about the fracking decision and he only supported the Republicans who risked their careers by voting for gay marriage. New York Democrats are an absolute joke, anyway.

Cuomo is an excellent governor but I understand why liberals are lukewarm on his candidacy. However, the Kos crowd isn't going to be completely happy with anyone who has a decent shot at the nomination other than Liz Warren (who won't run).

Cuomo went all out for Senate Republicans. First he signed into law their extreme gerrymander of the State Senate, which includes a crazy 10% population deviation. Then after the Democrats won the State Senate either, he seemed perfectly happy when some corrupt "Democrats" like Malcolm Smith decided to caucus with the Republicans, and gave them a majority.
