History: A long standing bastion of democracy the economy is a rival of many countries throughout the world thanks to it's fertile soils and oil rich lands and ever so important shipping route. United under one person the Arab majority has long dominated the nation since it was created after the uniting of tribes across the region. It boasts a large military that has only ever been used in modern times to protect the island of Cyprus which has struggled with countless rebellion from the local Turkic majority. Although once a large Muslim nation after King Ta'hti converted to Christianity in 1431 and ruled all other religions illegal numbers have significantly dropped although countless practiced in secret. Now days religious freedom is held to be one of the most important aspects of this nation.
Interesting Fact: The largest city in the nation is Jerusalem which also boasts a large Jewish population.

Named after Princess Elodie of France the region has always had close cultural ties to the European mainland but after the uniting of Kingdoms the state rejected all English immigrants and declared independence, after twelve years of war Independence was finally reached in 1811. In it's early years it was a large hot spot for French immigrants however with relaxed immigration laws countless other people from around the world are flocking to claim a piece of the resource reach lands.
Other interesting facts: Owns largest chunk of Antarctica, highest intake of Asylum seekers world wide. Aboriginal culture has largely been ignored by the government as they consider it up to the French-English to recognise they massacred the Aborigines not the current government.
