As the new president of the Liberal Party, I believe it's time for a new thread. Here it is.

Wolfentoad, do you think its a good idea to unlock the old thread for quoting purposes? Or will we not need anything for the logo/slogan/etc.?

Due to my bad English, I will probably not actively participate in the Conference, but I will closely follow the debates and participate in the votes.

We should elect regional directors, I suppose.

Although I'm also thinking we might want to move on entirely... Cry

Should we dissolve or merge with another party? Should we move forward anyway?

We should stay, and not dissolve. We may want to suspend the Conference a few days, though.

I'm sick of dealing with the same stupid sh**t.

Looks like our membership has taken a big hit.

After the recent developments, who do we have left?

You guys are the only thing standing in the way of getting back to bipartism. Stay out there.

I vote stay.

Also, perhaps a good party slogan could be "Voice of reason"...or am I doing this wrong?

We, as a party shall not go quietly into the night. Yes, we have suffered deep losses with the defections of Odysseus, Scott, and SJoyce. But, we will fight on. As long as our members stay with us, the work goes on, and our cause endures, the party shall never die.
....unless the party does die, but that won't happen.

What do you mean?  Even if the Liberal Party were to fail... I'm sorry, fail worse, there would be two leftist parties and one rightist party, which is not bipartism.

Given how well bipartism has worked for certain real life countries, I can't say I have a problem with that. Wink

Bipartisan normally means that the parties work together. For example, a TPPer working with the Labor or other party. Two-party system is what you mean, Zanas. Wink

He said "bipartism" though, not "bipartisanship."

Oh, I misread it. My apologies.
