look at the ACU ratings thread in Congressional, it has the link and teh bills, just calculate how you wouold've voted on them.

From what it looks like, I'd have an 8 if I were a Senator, and a 0 if I were in the House, but I didn't look the House too closely.

Here you go:

Senate: http://acuratings.com/acu.cgi?ACT=1&USER_ID=1145&YEAR=2004

House: http://acuratings.com/acu.cgi?ACT=1&USER_ID=754&YEAR=2004

Just look through thier bills, decide how you would've voted on that, how many times your vote agrees with their stance, take the percentage of that out of 24 in the Senate and 25 in the House, and round.

My ACU rating would be a 12 for 2004.  I favor the ACU position on bills 5,7, and 9.

House or Senate?

In the Senate I favor their position on bills 2 and 13

alright, I closely looked at the House votes and would've voted their way on these bills:

#2:
# Food Industry Lawsuits. HR 339 (Roll Call 54)
2004-03-10
This bill prohibited lawsuits in federal or state courts against restaurants, food manufacturers and distributors based on claims that the food contributed to the plaintiff's obesity or weight gain.
ACU supported this bill.

This bill was: passed
The vote was: 276-139

This Representative voted: In Opposition of ACU

# 5:
# 'Marriage Penalty' Relief. HR 4181 (Roll Call 138)
2004-04-28
This bill permanently eliminated provisions in the tax code penalizing two-income couples who marry.
ACU supported this bill.

This bill was: passed
The vote was: 323-95

This Representative voted: In Opposition of ACU

# 11:
# Gasoline Price Reduction -- Passage HR 4545 (Roll Call 247)
2004-06-16
The House passed a bill allowing limited waivers from state fuel additive requirements during periods of fuel shortages to increase supplies and lower prices.
ACU supported this bill.

This bill was: defeated
The vote was: 236-194

This Representative voted: In Opposition of ACU

So I would've got a 12. Seems a bit too high.

Also, I would've supported this bill in theory, but I don't trust the Republicans in Congress with this type of requirement:

# Budget Enforcement. HR 4663 (Roll Call 318)
2004-06-25
The House defeated a bill that set caps on discretionary spending and required mandatory spending increases to be offset with spending cuts.
ACU supported this bill.

This bill was: defeated
The vote was: 146-268

This Representative voted: In Opposition of ACU

#7 in the House sounds good, but I suspect there was some not so great things about it that they aren't mentioning.
