So I'm new here and I want to attach this election map I worked very har on making on my computer. I scroll down to additional options but attachment isn't there! What should I do?

This forum doesn't have the attach feature. You'll have to host it somewhere else and post the link. Unless it's a map from the homepage of this site, then just copy and paste the web code that is provided.

If it's an image you made, then do as Paul Kemp suggests.  I like http://www.imageshack.us/  They don't make you give them an email address and it's fast.  You save something on your computer, upload it, then copy the "direct link" that appears on the left of the screen and put it between the identifiers described here:

Scroll down to "Insert Image"
