It is going to be fun to watch USA EPA deal a regulation too the use of Bitcoins.  A carbon tax on bitcoin servers would seem too irresistible for today’s court sanctioned control, via regulation, of all things of matter. If you’re up on bitcoins you know that ink, fiber and technique are the equivalent to the neutron and ether control technique, hence, both requires a prescription. Where the fun lye’s, is, which way are environmentalist going to give their order for control?

This (second) recent explosion in the cryptocurrency market is certainly something to behold. As anyone who frequents IRC has already heard me griping about, had I held my average holdings in BTC from 2 years ago until today, I'd be on the verge of millionaire status. I did a lot of trading during the first explosion back in Jan-Mar and came out with around 10x what I put in, but I had long abandoned the idealistic positions I had from 2011.

Those who think this currency is a joke will soon realize how silly they were to doubt it.

But most of us find child abuse images to be morally abhorrent and so have no use for this stuff.

=/=

There are dozens of exchanges out there where Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies are traded in the same fashion as traditional forex. The only argument within this scenario, morally-speaking, is whether or not aspects of insider trading should be allowed. Rather moot, however, considering there is nothing at the moment that can be done about it.
