It wasn't just the 2012 election, this had been going on for a while. But hey, why not sue some 20 year old who was a minor when the problem started?

Yep. McCotter stopped collecting signatures in 2004.

I say you declare all Congressional votes decided by his vote since then invalid, and force him to cough up all his and his aides' pay since then. Grin

Yep. McCotter stopped collecting signatures in 2004.
To be fair, signatures suck. I can't blame anyone for this type of temptation. The first three months of the campaign I worked on was dedicated to collecting, copying, and recording signatures. It felt like pressing the button that drops the New Years ball in Times Square when I entered the last one in.
