Too long to be a commercial. Must have been grabbed from one of those VHS tapes some political campaigns used to mail to people. Did anyone ever actually sit down and watch them? I have this image of an early '90s family gathered around their massive TV, watching the 15 minute shpiel and saying to themselves, "He's our kind of guy! We'd better mail a check to the P.O. Box listed on the screen so we can get our framed, matted commemorative photo of Congress!"
