There are a lot of names being bandied about, but of the usual suspects of potential 2016 major party candidates, who would you say realistically has no chance of becoming POTUS? (And maybe 'almost no chance')

If Hillary gets in, nobody (D or R) has a chance against her.

You must have missed the memo. He's going to take away your guns and install himself as dictator for life in his new atheist Islamic America.

It's an interesting question. When someone is talked about, it does suggest that they have some followers/ support. So perhaps controversial figures like Palin and Santorum have more of a shot (even if it isn't much of one) than largely unknown Governors and Senators who don't have any obvious disqualifications beyond a likely problem breaking out in a primary.

Virtually all Republicans except maybe Chris Christie, Rob Portman, Jon Huntsman, and Marco Rubio.

Markell did float the idea of running for prez in 2016 last year, but since then he's endorsed Joe Biden for 2016 (assuming that Biden runs).  So I think Markell's out as a potential candidate.  (Not that he would have had much chance at the nomination if he had run.)

I can't believe that they'd let Rand Paul win the nomination

Rand Paul could not win a general election in a million years.
