Right to Life endorses Cotton.

Brummett says Talk Business poll will be out this week. I'm guessing a small Pryor lead.

He voted for the ACA, though. God forbid you call yourself pro-life and support the ACA.

As long as you vote for every abortion restriction possible, these guys don't care what your record on other issues is.

Doesn't make sense to me, either. Its not a very holistic approach.

Pryor's voting record is why. Cotton has a 100% rating. Same for the NRA.

Woot. Wonder what PPP will say next week. Cotton leads in CD1, Pryor 48/42 in CD2, Cotton 45/37 in CD3 and 46/41 in CD4. Leads Indies 50/33.

Dems releasing another internal, this time from Ross, showing Pryor up 48/46. Also say Pryor has never trailed in any of their internals. We'll see what PPP says next week, but given past history they should be close to TBHC - and with the same candidate leading.

That same pollster had Pryor up 48/45 in May, exact same time as the TB poll which had 46/43 Pryor.

Yikes: a Cotton staffer, when talking to the Grauniad, said “I don’t see that [he's unapproachable and rigid]. Maybe he’s a little on a different intellectual level. But I don’t see he’s unapproachable.” Cleanup in Aisle 5. Sounds like Biden's '88 IQ exchange, and the exact sort of thing that those positive ads are trying to defuse.

Sounds to me like the opposite of the Renee Elmers (R-NC) thing where she said men need to tone down the intellect when talking to women. This won't make much of a difference, especially since it was buried in the article, but someone is definitely fired.

Pryor goes fishing.

TB panel on all the races.

Hillary's at 49/41 unfavorable, Huck 57/26 favorable.

Unlike the Gov, where Hutchinson has clearly has been holding his own, Pryor has been within margin of error and is our ensurance to get our 51st seat should ultra liberal on SSM, Hagen lose.  Dems are not all detered in this race. After our firewall of AK and La, of course, wins.

Well any supposed "firewall" for Democrats definitely doesn't go through Louisiana because the Republicans are the favorites in that race. Even Alaska shouldn't really be part of any "firewall," though I do think Begich will probably win. I do agree that it's surprising that Hutchinson is performing better than Cotton, but I think they'll both win and never really thought otherwise.

Not that any of this matters because the comment you were responding to was referencing the presidential election.

It doesnt matter to me which of the two Dems get, but all we need is any of the two AK/AR or NC/La to win the senate.

And Landrieu and Pryor and to some degree Begich, are moderately more conservative than Hagen, who has been stuck around 40 percent in polls.

Cotton will be touring the state by RV from tomorrow to election day. Hopefully they can agree on debates soon, can't wait for those.

PPP has Beebe leading Boozman 46-40 in a potential 2016 Senate race. Hopefully he runs.

This reminds me of Begich's ad tying himself to Murkowski. Countering Cotton's amnesty attack, Pryor says he he votes like McCain on immigration.
