Fairly moderate overall, slightly left on each of the issues.............fits a state like Virginia fairly well.

HPJ is a moderate libertarian, though more so on economics than on social issues. He's not an anti-government type per se, and he does seem to be more flexible than some in that camp. Seems to be of the growth- and market-oriented mindset.

Communitarian. Strong collectivist views coupled with Catholic doctrine, creating a very explicitly authoritarian and left leaning ideology.

Not familiar with this dawg that much. Seems to be sufficiently socially liberal and an economic moderate, though still left of center. From what I remember, doesn't have the hate for Reagan that many on the Left do, so there's that.

Appears to be fairly right-wing, but because he's rarely fully serious I rarely get a grasp of his actual views on specific issues.

His PM score indicates that he's a sort of centrist-right-wing-libertarian. From my experience with him as a voter in the Atlamerica Election Series, he seems to be a center-rightist of various sorts.

He doesn't have his PM score, but what I've read about him in the political views section, he seems like a fairly moderate neo-conservative.

Catholic and conservative, as his username indicates. Seems to be fairly old-style mainstream right, without much time for Tea Party or Moral Majority histrionics (although I'm pretty sure he is both economically and, on most issues, socially conservative). Appears to have some working-class affinities and is really interested in the history and culture of the sixties and seventies.

Oh, sorry!

EDIT FOR MAXWELL: Libertarian, and by the standards of online libertarians (and people who discuss politics online more generally) quite temperate in his rhetoric. Seems to be relatively pragmatic-minded.

A fairly moderate Republican (very moderate by Arkansas GOP standards). Solidly centre-right on economics and a tad centre-left on social issues. Nevertheless, a solid Republican.

Strongly but sanely conservative with some moderate tendencies on some social issues but ultimately fits his Reagan signature very well.

A fundamentally leftist poster with a libertarian's priorities. Is unwilling to compromise these principles in favor of electability.

Very, very liberal, especially on economics issues.  Reminds me of Senator Sanders of VT.

HPJ takes on a very moderate ideology.  I couldn't characterize him as center-left or center-right on either economics or social issues, because he appears to have moderate views on both fronts.  HPJ is the classic example of a centrist/swing voter.

A good example of the religious left. Standard lefty on social issues, and moderately liberal on fiscal ones.

He kind of reminds me of those French legitimist deputies in the 1800s, reactionary on 'social' issues and deeply religious, but more open to economic interventionism or social welfare.

Not sure really. Hash usually posts on the international forum, and I rarely do, so our paths don't cross much. His econ score surprises me. I thought it would be more to the left than that. He might fit well as a Liberal Democrat in Britain. Given his score, he seems kind of a libertarian on social issues, and reasonably centrist on economic issues. Anyway, as he has noted, he is not very "boxable" and decides things issue by issue I guess, putting aside his hostility to social conservatism.
