Torie is a bit hard to read beyond his broad positioning as an increasingly lonely Republican rationalist. His progressive attitudes mask some of the issues on which he leans back into his roots. He never leans so far to be categorized as being off-balance though, which is an important ideological distinction.

Ugh...missed again, of course. For Jerry I'll bless him with an equally in-depth analysis:
