Since only half of it is judged friendly, I have to label the whole thing hostile. The only other way would be to split it under this obscure provisoon that I have never used before. Would that be acceptable?

Okay, this may be the type act we need, if we have an even larger surplus then we can focus more on unemployment.

I recall seeing that Matt had abstained on this, hence why I didn't think we had the votes. That must have been deleted or something and thus the situation has change, however it is now past noon, so I can't do anything about it. Still it is patently ridiculous that we can't get some more votes here. Where the hell is Maxy and Kal?

Didn't thought I could vote on that.

I suppose repealing the Taiwan thing, but I'm not so sure about the Protection Act. I'm afraid it could hurt the few of the clothing industry left here and would endanger the workers jobs.

I would abstain, but that will apparently delay things, so, I'll abstain from abstaining.

Yes you can vote, but I woull need to know who is succeeding who if either CLarence or Matt had voted. Since neither voted here, yes go right ahead and vote. If they had voted, it owuld have changed their vote and thus I would need to know who was succeeding who in that case to know whose was switched by the successor and whose wasn't.

Voting as anything other than Aye will have the effect of delaying things. I don't have a problem if we have a vote that has to go the full time because people voted how they felt. What pisses me off is whne we have sitting members who don't vote or even respond at all.
You can't abstain from abstaining unless you are voting Aye or Nay. That is the point, Maxy.

So where the hell is X and Hagrid (I forgot them in the earlier statement of disgust Tongue).

From my understanding, I replace Clarence. He was elected before Matt (in a previous special election). I was elected before Kal (I was elected on 3th count (in 2nd position), he was elected without a quota in 5th round (in 5th position).

I thought it was based on Bgwah's Proportional Represenation Amendment that based it primarily on ideology and then on other factors.
