Merged these two together. Same deal as before, but this time, I WANT IT DONE QUICKLY!!!

I ask unanimous consent to suspend the rules and proceed immediately to a final vote.

Did we passed a drug legislation recently? If not, we repealed one without replacing it by a new one.

What are you referring to? This is a combination of two bilsl that would re-illegalize two drugs previously ah decrminalized I guess is how it would be termed.

31.10 does more than decrimilazing drugs.

I am still confused what about what the issue is. This is combination of two X/Ben bills that is probably more then likely going to fail.

Are you referring to the problem with the numbering on the Wiki?

No, I'm talking of Sections 3 and 4 of 31.10.

Yeah, I'd really prefer keeping Section 4 of the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act. In some alternate universe where this bill actually had a snowball's chance in most-of-the-US-right-now's chance of passing, I'd make an amendment to keep that section. But in the interest of Yankee's blood pressure, it may be best to allow Yankee to go ahead with his procedural maneuver to go through this quickly. But if there are four more of you out there who also hold the extreme reactionary view that recreational drug use should in general be illegal, speak now or forever hold your peace pipe.

You'd need six more.

I see Maxy, I think. I guess this repeals it all and if you don't want that, then vote accordingly.

Seeing no objections, the rules are suspended and a final vote is now open on the legislation, Senators please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

Amendments would be out of order since no objection was raised during the 24 hour period.

This bill has enough votes to fail, Senators have 24 hours to change their votes.
