Bushie just admitted to gaining another 5 pounds or so in The Update thread and he is now sitting at (at least) 275.

What do you think he'll weigh a year from now? Will he finally put a stop to family/house guest related multi-course meals? Will he stop watching television for 10 hours a day?

The poll will run for two weeks. Maybe this can help light a little bit of a fire under that giant Oklahoma ass of his but I'm not holding my breath!

300 is a nice round number. I'll go with that.

I'm thinking 295.

I know Bushie smears his buttery issues for all to gawk at, but this thread seems very distasteful.

No pun intended.

Definitely over 300, and I would be willing to bet that he's closer to that number than he's admitted to us already.

Yep, unfortunately. He's lied about his weight plenty of times before. There is no reason for me to believe he's telling the truth now.

300 sounds right.

Nobody thinks he'll lose weight, or even stay stable.  Remarkable.

I would think that statistically, at his age, either stability or a moderate gain is the most likely.

If he keeps this up I'm afraid he might not be around by 05-09-2014 to tell us.

the bottom line is that bushie is happy being a fat, even though it has already negatively affected his quality of life at a young age.  in his part of america, being fat is the norm.

i dont think he totally gets the concept that his obesity will continue to affect his quality of life.  i dont think he understands that he will die at a young age if this keeps up.

his religion is clouding his view on reality, obviously.

Brutal thread.  He's closing in on Jerry Garcia territory already, no need to rub it in.

I voted 280, but maybe I'm being optimistic.

If he keeps up current habits, perhaps significantly less.

Ha, I just voted for 225.  My goal for 364 days from now is obviously lower, but not giving myself the benefit of the doubt, I voted 225.  I seriously doubt, even with a lot of hard work, I will weigh under 200 lbs by then.

I just weighed this morning, and I weigh 274.4, which is actually a decrease of a half pound in the last 48 hours.  I was almost sure I would be 277, at least.  274.4 is by no means a glorious number, but just being 3 pounds under what I thought I would be is okay.  My first goal by June 20, is 260 lbs.

Not possible in a month without a significant lifestyle change.  Shall I bold "significant" too?

15 pounds in a month is nearly impossible without cutting out food completely. 1-2 pounds a week is the most realistic goal to have.

It depends. Decomposition tends to cause significant weight loss.

260 maybe realistic, but 265 is definitely doable.  Plus, normally at the onset of a diet, the weight drops off more rapidly than later on.  I've heard 7-10 lbs a month is healthy, anything more than that and your body doesn't have time to adjust.  I don't know if what I heard is accurate, so maybe someone can fill me in.

It's a bit hypocritical coming from me, but if you're going to make that joke (and I did think of it before I saw pkemp's post), be a bit more subtle (like pkemp).

Nope. It takes a strong will and work but at his weight and schedule 20 lbs in a month is quite achievable.

What current habits are you referring to?

I lost 10 pounds a month for 6 months without breaking a sweat, except at the gym, and continued drinking to boot. I have had a stable weight now for close to 3 years, at 165 pounds. Just dump the potatoes, pasta, bread, and rice while doing it, and otherwise eat what you want. But have a protein drink every morning for breakfast. I kept telling Bushie that, but he put me on ignore. He just doesn't give a damn. Deep down inside, he wants to be fat to avoid life. JMO.
