I wonder how soon a referendum for this would be viable in FL?  I imagine it will be the first Southern state to do it (someone will say VA, but it has to come out of the leg there and one house is ironclad R).

I think I explained this is another thread - gay marriage was constitutionally banned already, so you'd need an amendment to change it. For an amendment to go into effect it needs 60% of the vote.
