The matchup of the three great right-wing alpha males of NBC. Donaghy is running on a corporatist, pro-one percent platform. Swanson is running on an incredibly anti-government set of positions and, were it not for Schrute's presence in the race, he'd have a very good chance in the South and West thanks to his image. Schrute, for his credit, is competing well with the other two despite being the "third party" candidate in the race. Like with the others, he is very good at attracting female support, surprisingly. As well, he is expected to win heavily among the Amish and Mennonite communities.

Former Homeland Security Director of Crisis and Weather Management John Francis "Jack" Donaghy (Republican-New York)/Former Governor Willard Milton "Mitt" Romney (Republican-Massachusetts)

vs.

Director of the Pawnee City Department of Parks and Recreation Ronald Ulysses "Ron" Swanson (Libertarian-Indiana)/Former Governor Gary Earl Johnson (Libertarian-New Mexico)

vs.

Former Volunteer Sheriff Deputy of Scranton Dwight Kurt Schrute III (Constitution-Pennsylvania)/Former Congressman Virgil Hamlin Goode, Jr. (Constitution-Virginia)

Maps? Who do you root for? Who wins? etc.

Brilliant idea. Anyone know how to make the states match the colors CathKhan used?

All depends on the map code. If you go to the 2012 map, for example, you can request a certain amount of third party colors. After blue and red are green, yellow, and gray. The way they're specified in the map code is by numbers. Each state abbreviation is followed by three numbers. The first refers to state color. inserting a "5" will make the state orange.

Here's my guess. Election goes to the House. FYI, NE's other two electoral votes are for Schrute.

Former Homeland Security Director of Crisis and Weather Management John Francis "Jack" Donaghy (Republican-New York)/Former Governor Willard Milton "Mitt" Romney (Republican-Massachusetts) 222 electoral votes
Director of the Pawnee City Department of Parks and Recreation Ronald Ulysses "Ron" Swanson (Libertarian-Indiana)/Former Governor Gary Earl Johnson (Libertarian-New Mexico) 174 electoral votes
ormer Volunteer Sheriff Deputy of Scranton Dwight Kurt Schrute III (Constitution-Pennsylvania)/Former Congressman Virgil Hamlin Goode, Jr. (Constitution-Virginia) 139 electoral votes
Abstaining: 3 electoral votes

The only plausible map here is one in which Ron F**king Swanson wins every state in a landslide.
