Hopefully electoral reform ensues.

The one possibility of a silver-lining I can see for the next election (and by electoral reform, I don't mean worthless sh**te like AV).

Do people on the far-left really want proportional representation though? Seems like an easy way to open the floodgates to hard-right/far right parties.

What accounts for the Tories' general decline in Scotland during the 60s and 70s?

I assume their demolition after that, in the 80s, was due at least in part to Thatcherism.

The big problem for Labour in Scotland is that the aftermath of the referendum might be a gift that keeps on giving

Such as this charming photo of Dame Anne Begg, MP for Aberdeen South and Dave MacDonald leader of the Scottish wing of the National Front.

What's going on in the pic on the left?

Why is Cameron trying to avoid including the Greens in the debates? I have to imagine that giving the Greens such a high-profile soapbox could only lead to a net loss in voters for Labour.

He isn't.  His statement said he thought the Greens should be in.

Ok sorry I misinterpreted a post a couple pages back then.

Is there any consensus on whether Lord Ashcroft's polls are any good?
