Safe R

The Sun would need to go supernova before Walsh or Bohlinger could win this seat (Same with Weilnand/Pressler and South Dakota, Pryor and Arkansas)

Not necessarily absurd (and probably more bold than anything). I'd say that this seat is somewhere between Leans and Likely R, but it definitely could shift to Safe R in November.

Walsh should have waited for 2020 to challenge Daines.

However...

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/24495128/jets-release-qb-mark-sanchez-sign-michael-vick

Vick was signed to a one year $5 million contract and is expected to battle Geno Smith for the starting QB job. In addition to Vick and Smith, the Jets have Phil Simms's kid Matt at Quarterback

Sanchez's NFL career as a starter looks over, with only some teams needing even a backup; Buffalo, who have virtually nothing behind EJ Manuel, Arizona, where Carson Palmer probably isn't the answer as a starter and there are no capable backups (Or Wide Receivers for that matter),...

Of Course not all of these teams will want, or even be remotely interested in the Sanchize.

However, this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard anyone say about football in my life (and definitely ranks up there on the Forum too)

You're not proving anything...political parties have their own much more sophisticated models to determine where to spend money, etc They don't need to rely on ambiguously effeminate Nate effin' Silver to tell them how to do their job.

Why should these American citizens not be represented in Congress?

There isn't a need for two more states.

We'd get more taxes from D.C. and Puerto Rico and they'd get real representation in congress, so it's a win-win for everyone.

And we would have 52 states. Nice try, but no thank you. Merge DC with Maryland if you must. Puerto Rico isn't even American.

Why isn't Puerto Rico american?
