1. The Pacific Governor is allowed to appoint a Regional Secretary of the Wiki

2. The Secretary of the Wiki is required to update, preserve, and create information on the Pacific Wiki.

I think that reviving the Wiki is an excellent idea (I'd volunteer to update the Wiki myself, but I've been away for a long enough time that I don't feel fully qualified to do it). I am concerned, however, about creating another position, given that it's hard enough to find people to fill regional offices as it is.

It is a cool idea, but maybe it could be a job that is either assigned to the Governor or assigned to one of the Reps that volunteer it like there is a Speaker and a Wiki Leader or something.

My initial goal was for it to be a Council member, but it doesn't have to be. While I have wiki access I feel the need for some assistance.

That's reasonable. I think it would be good to amend the legislation to clarify that the position of secretary doesn't represent a separate office.

I can't sign this because it was passed and presented for a signature after the previous administration was vacated.

It needs to be re-passed, which is why I posted it in the introduction thread.
