Considering he joined a year and a half before I did, wouldn't I be his sock?

A DemPGH-Superique direction is probably the best ticket we can have to combine this two  factions!

Yes! I'm writing them in for President and Vice President for the exact same reason. If it weren't for Atlasians like them, I don't know if I'd still be around. I'm proud to have their leadership for the Liberal Party.

I'd like to remind our Midwest Liberals that Senate candidate TNF has endorsed Sbane's opponent, we might want to think about doing the same for his.

Furthermore, the guy has been a National Movement sympathizer and this is no good at all!

Yeah, I would like to hold a second vote on this one. Could that be arranged?

DemPGH is right. Those of us who were for the glory days of the Liberal Party might remember that our success was due to our superior strategies and hard work, not a natural ideological advantage. There was always a delicate balancing act at play and a lot of behind the scenes grinding from Scott and me.

Can this party rise again? I don't know. It deseves a chance but somethings are simply beyond our control. We did clean up in April, but again, superior strategies and hard work, nothing else. Going inactive as President was a mistake but I didn't take Wolfentoad seriously so there was no way I would have seen that coming.

The party needs leadership but I can't and won't be that leader. Kalwejt can't. I wrote in DemPGH/Superique because in them I see two people that have the desire and ability to affect positive change, for the party and for Atlasia. If someone steps up and we stick together, we should be able to do what we are here to do.

I am a washed-up has-been and its time for me to move on. One of you will need to win my Senate seat in August. I'm back and forth between parties so if you see my name on the list, tell me what to do. If you don't, politely ask. I'm a bit sad I never got to be Chair, but I think I have had a good run and over the last year and a half our party has had a good run. Whatever you guys choose to do from here, I will be happy.

Best of luck, Liberal Party.

Btw, Seattle sounds great.

So personally, I think our party should be economically on the typical centre-left:
-pro-union
-pro health care
-support increase in education's funding
-But not marxist or socialist: acceptance of free market, pro-free trade,...

That's historically what we've stood for. Also- responsible with budgeting (as President and Governor too, I brought a balanced budget for the first time) and pro modernization (for example if Michigan's manufacturing based economy is slumping, find new ways to grow the economy instead of doubling down on what's dying).

I would call us OK with Unions, not pro-union :/

I'm fine with that. I think reasonable government regulations protect workers better than an endless struggle with wealthy businessmen does anyway, but hey, who needs logic? But of course workers benefit from unionization beyond the political benefits we associate with them.

Napoleon and superique, I don't understand your reluctancy with the unions.

Well, I don't have a problem with unions really. But the right to collectively bargain is constitutionally protected, and the government guarantees proper working conditions and labor rights adequately. So if the government can guarantee those rights, a union and an industry fighting will cause more problems and chaos. I'd rather have the government as the primary protector of worker's rights, and emphasize that.

Folks, it's my sincerest hope that this party can flourish.

It's interesting that he said this and then left the party literally hours later.

Ah, but what is a party but a collection of the individuals who choose to affiliate with it? "This party" can exist without the moniker its known as.
