Democrats:
President James Buchanan of Pennsylvania (1857-61)
Fiddled while the Union burned, slave power lackey.
President Andrew Johnson of Tennessee (1865-69)
Tried to undo the Civil War. Should have been removed from office.
President Franklin Pierce of New Hampshire (1853-57)
Awful.
President Stephen "Grover" Cleveland of New York (1885-89, 1893-97)
REALLY Awful, also a corporate stooge, strikebreaking asshole.
President Andrew Jackson of Tennessee (1829-37)
Ethnic cleansing is kinda bad, m'kay. Also earns terribad points for killing the Bank of the United States, which was a really, really stupid move.
Dishonorable Mention: President James "Jimmy" Carter of Georgia (1977-81)
The first neoliberal President, an awful union-buster, and a moralist dick.

Republicans:
President Richard Nixon of California (1969-74)
Traitor, criminal, and all around scumbag. Should have stood trial and served life for his crimes.
President Ronald Reagan of California (1981-89)
Another "patriot" who did more to undermine the United States than he did to actually help out the country. Criminal, and all around dick. Should have been impeached and rotted in prison for the rest of his years.
President George W. Bush of Texas (2001-09)
Awful and criminal, though unlike Nixon and Reagan, not a traitor, to my knowledge. Didn't even get elected in 2000, had the Supreme Court appoint him to the White House, then fumbled and saw the first attacks on American soil since Pearl Harbor. The War in Iraq was stupid, the War on Terror pointless, and he let bin Laden get away, as well as just went about ruining our relationships abroad while also messing up the economy. Terribad.
President Warren Harding of Ohio (1921-23)
Awful, another great Republican criminal.
President Rutherford Hayes of Ohio (1877-81)
Awful, basically allowed blacks to revert to pre-Civil War status because he wanted to be President and didn't really give a s**t.
Dishonorable Mention: President John "Calvin" Coolidge of Massachusetts (1921-23)
Libertarian idiocy of his administration still held in high regard, despite ample evidence that free markets and libertarian nonsense do not work. Also a pretty hardcore racist and all around douche.

Whigs:
President John Tyler of Virginia (1841-45)
Pro-Confederate traitor, got elected to the Confederate Congress.
President Millard Fillmore of New York (1850-53)
Just awful at running the country, plus the Compromise of 1850.

Democratic-Republicans:
President James Madison of Virginia (1809-17)
Nearly destroyed the country, War of 1812 was completely pointless.
President Thomas Jefferson of Virginia (1801-09)
Treasonously made agreements with the French prior to becoming President, also responsible for the poisonous and stupid state's rights/nullification ideology.

Federalists:
President John Adams of Massachusetts (1797-1801)
Alien and Sedition Acts.

Yes, John Adams was the worst Federalist President by default.

Demdawgs
1. Jimmy B.
2. Franky Pierce
3. Woody Wilson
4. LBJ
5. Andy Johnson (He counts, right?)

GOPhers
1. Herby Hoover (his presidency, post-presidency he was a pretty awesome dawg.)
2. Richard Nixon (I love and hate him on different levels. As an enemy of the hippies that wanted to destroy America, sure he's awesome. However, he screwed over the American economy and national security.)
3. Warren G. Harding (in policy, he could be said to have some accomplishments, and he was a total badass in regards to having hoes and drinks during prohibition. However, letting some good ol' boys from OH run the country into the ground ain't good for business.)
4. Benjamin Harrison
5. William Howard Taft

Others
1. John Tyler
2. Millard Fillmore
(the rest I can stand.)

1. Andrew Johnson
2. Andrew Jackson
3. James Buchanan
4. Franklin Pierce
5. Grover Cleveland

Reps:

1. Ronnie Ray Gun
2. Warren G. Harding
3. Calvin Coolidge
4. George W. Bush
5. William McKinley

Other:

1. John Tyler
2. Millard Fillmore
3-5. Eh, I don't know, most of the rest are below-average but not entirely awful.  Pretty much anyone besides Washington and Quincy Adams (who were, of course, outstanding) could go here depending on my mood.

Democrats:

1. Woodrow Wilson
Pretty self explanatory really.  His nomination of A. Mitchell Palmer alone makes him the worst.  And mind you, he has plenty of other sh*tty things.
2. William J. Clinton
Words can't describe how much damage his neoliberalist moderate heroism has caused the country.
3. James Buchanan
Civil War?  More like the Civil LOL.
4. Franklin Pierce
Seriously?  Who the hell was this guy?
5. Lyndon Johnson
Vietnam and other foreign policy blunders override whatever progress he made in Civil Rights and Medicare.

Republicans:

1. Richard Nixon
The definition of pure evil.
2. George W Bush
The definition of stupid evil.
3. Herbert Hoover
The definition of incredibly kindhearted, but sadly irridated with presidential incompetence and stupidity.  Also, his 1928 campaign took the GOP back to the mid 19th century, something I don't look highly upon.
4. Ronald W. Reagan
A pretty awful presidency in regards to what it did to American society.  Made Clinton possible.
5. Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt
Overrated progressive hero who was cartoonishly racist.  Believed, actually believed, that non-white races were at a lower level of development and needed mighty whitey to save them.  His high enthusiasm of war overrides what common sense he had on economic and social reforms.

Other:
1. John Adams (Federalist)
He was a Federalist.  Enough said.
2. John Tyler (Lolpendent)
This guy really REALLY sucked at his job.  I mean really sucked.
3. William Harrison (Whig)
Dumbass who didn't deserve to live.
4. Zachary Taylor (Whig)
Also dumbass who didn't deserve to live.
5. James Madison (Democratic Republican)
Midget who got us into war with Britain.
