Justice Bgwah, more than an impartial judge, is a political activist in Atlasia.  This goes beyond voting, which all Atlasians need to do.  His actions in debates, notably his comments on the debate surrounding the consumption of dog meat, has thrown his ability to serve as an impartial judge into question.  While Justice Bgwah may not be malevolent, he nonetheless should no longer be serving on the Supreme Court.

Think whatever you want about Ben in your private time, however, considering the results of this poll from a few weeks back, thinking a Justice or two should be impeached, or at least considered for impeachment, is not confined only to Ben.

We have had an activity problem on the court to be sure; however, from what I can see Justice bgwah has been the more active of the three in some ways and while his public and very partisan presence in Atlasian society has had the effect of turning him into a left wing Clarence Thomas, it has had the effect of keeping him around and I don't reckon that it has affected his jurisprudence, nor do I see any reason to doubt his capibilities as a justice, therefore I don't think he should be impeached at this present juncture.
