Registration Question

If I were to register like this:

CheeseWhiz
Republican
Florida

On, say, the first of January; then I registered like this:

CheeseWhiz
Constitutional Union Party
Florida

On the first of February, then I wanted to move to Nebraska, would it be four months from the first or the second date of registration?

A change of party is irrelevant.
So it's first of May.
Also, remember that the four month clause only applies if first of jan had been a move already...if that was your original registration you can move freely once.
