ARTICLE VIII: Ratification
1. This Constitution shall be enacted immediately upon being ratified by a simple majority of voters. A special election to determine the first Governor, for which a simple plurality shall suffice, shall be held concurrently. Both elections will last exactly 72 hours and be administered by 豚FLY.
