Rand Paul announced he is going to vote against the immigration Bill
http://www.mediaite.com/tv/rand-paul-announces-opposition-to-immigration-reform-without-security-triggers-i-cant-support-final-bill/

Paul was pro immigration reform before but has now found a way to vote against it (saying it is because his 'trigger' amendment failed). Maybe he is looking over his shoulder at Ted Cruz?

He wanted Trust but Verify for a long time. It has nothing to do with Cruz.

If you haven't noticed, Paul actually sticks to his guns.

Yes, he was perfectly consistent and has been saying so for months what he wanted and he didn't get it so he will oppose the bill.
